How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons such as holidays or sales events.

How long does shipping take?
    •    Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing.Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your order’s progress online.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:
    •    Additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply.
    •    These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost.

What if my package is returned due to an incorrect address?
Customers are responsible for reshipping costs if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address. Please double-check your address before completing your order.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the delivery carrier directly to resolve these issues.
