Pre Order Policy


  1.   Payment: Payment for pre-order items will be processed at the time of purchase to secure your order. This guarantees that your item is reserved, as some pre-order items are limited in quantity.
  2.   Order Updates: You will receive email updates regarding your pre-order status, including confirmation when your item is shipped. Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.
  3.   Cancellations & Changes: Pre-orders cannot be canceled or modified once the  placing of the order. After this time, the order is considered final, and changes may not be possible.
  4.   Combined Orders: If you order both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. For quicker delivery, consider placing separate orders for in-stock items.
  5. Delays: While we aim to meet the estimated shipping window, production or delivery delays may occur. We will keep you informed in case of any changes to the expected timeline.
