Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost.
What if my package is returned due to an incorrect address?
Customers are responsible for reshipping costs if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the delivery carrier directly to resolve these issues.
